Terms of Service

The service

Stickman Video Director turns a script you paste into a shot plan and renders each shot as a stickman video with Seedance 2.0. The service is operated by Shinstar LLC and available at stickmanvideodirector.com.

By creating an account or buying credits you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Your account

• Sign-in is an email one-time code. Keep access to your inbox secure; anyone with your code can use your credits.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• One person, one account. Automated account creation, credit farming and resale of free access are not allowed.

Credits and payments

• One standard shot (10 seconds, 720p) costs 30 credits. 480p costs 15 credits and 1080p costs 60 credits for the same length. Longer shots scale by duration. The price is always shown before you click Generate.
• Monthly credits are valid for the current billing month. Yearly credits are valid for the billing year. One-time packs never expire. Credits that expire first are spent first.
• Credits are a prepaid usage balance, not money, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• A failed render refunds the credits reserved for that shot automatically.

What you may not generate

You are responsible for every prompt and image you submit. Do not use the service to create or distribute:

• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual content of real people without their consent;
• content that promotes violence, self-harm, hatred or harassment against a person or group;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights;
• disinformation intended to deceive, or content that impersonates a real person or brand;
• malware, scams, or anything that violates applicable law.

Every generation passes through automated text and image moderation. We may refuse a generation, suspend an account, or remove output that breaks these rules, and we may report serious cases to the relevant authority.

Ownership

• Your content: you keep the rights you had in the scripts and images you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process them and to send them to our processors for generation and moderation.
• Generated videos: subject to these terms and to the upstream model provider's terms, you may use the MP4s you generate for commercial and non-commercial purposes. We claim no ownership over them.
• Our site: the interface, brand, copy and code remain ours. Do not copy or resell the service itself.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service online, but generation depends on a third-party model provider and can queue, slow down or fail. We may change models, styles or limits to keep the service running and will describe material changes on this page.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that a generation will match a particular idea, that a provider will stay available, or that output is fit for a particular commercial use. You are responsible for checking facts, rights and platform policies before publishing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost audience.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions in Settings → Billing. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, commits fraud, or abuses the generation providers. Credits bought fraudulently are void.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer law gives you a different forum.
